By accessing or utilizing the Novaray Energy platform and our "Radiant Curator" solar solutions, you signify your irrevocable consent to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any provision of this agreement, you must immediately cease all use of our services.
This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between Novaray Energy and the individual or entity accessing our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at our discretion, with changes becoming effective upon posting to this URL.
Services Description
Novaray Energy provides a comprehensive ecosystem for premium solar integration, including but not limited to:
Solar Installation
Precision placement and engineering of high-efficiency photovoltaic arrays.
Maintenance
Ongoing monitoring, performance auditing, and structural upkeep of your energy assets.
User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their property meets the structural requirements for installation. You must provide accurate information regarding electrical loads and historical energy consumption to ensure the precision of the Radiant Curator system.
You agree not to tamper with, modify, or attempt unauthorized repair of the hardware components without explicit written authorization from a Novaray Energy certified technician.
Intellectual Property
All proprietary technology, including the proprietary "Radiant Curator" energy algorithms, monitoring software interfaces, brand visual identity, and performance models, remain the exclusive property of Novaray Energy. No license is granted to reverse engineer, scrape, or replicate these assets for any commercial purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Novaray Energy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. While we strive for 100% precision, energy yields are subject to environmental variables beyond our control, including weather patterns and grid stability.
Total liability under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service phase in question.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Novaray Energy operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts of said jurisdiction.
